Personal Training

Personal training at Elevations is all about helping you reach your goals. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, or just improve your quality of life, we have a trainer for you! 

Our trainers will motivate you and push you beyond your comfort zone. With innovative training techniques, you can be sure that you'll never get bored. You'll have someone to be accountable to - so, yes, you do have to go the gym today - and you'll have clear tracking of your progress.

The Right Program For You

We can find a trainer and program to fit your goals, availability and budget.   

  • One-on-One Training - This is what most people think of when they think "personal training". Your trainer will evaluate your current condition, work with you on your goals, and then craft a unique program - and unique workouts - just for you. Your trainer will track your progress, allowing you to simply focus on your workouts. We offer 60-minute sessions of one, 10 or 40 sessions at a time, or try four 30-minute sessions for just $100! We even have a Personal Training Membership that provides two or three training sessions per week with no membership dues.  
  • Buddy Training - All the benefits of personal training, but share the cost with a friend - and share their company during your workouts! 
  • In Home Training - We'll come to you!
  • Weight Loss Program - Lose all the weight you want...the right way...and keep it off.
  • Bootcamp & Crossfit Training - Take your training and fitness to a new level!  Try 1 class for FREE to see what it is all about.
  • Weight Loss Coaching -  Meets 2x a week for 4 weeks.  Pre and Post measurements & customized program and dietary suggestions in a small group setting.
