The Right Program For You

We can find a trainer and program to fit your goals, availability and budget.   

  • One-on-One Training - This is what most people think of when they think "personal training". Your trainer will evaluate your current condition, work with you on your goals, and then craft a unique program - and unique workouts - just for you. Your trainer will track your progress, allowing you to simply focus on your workouts. We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessionsto fit your budget or stamina.
  • Buddy Training - All the benefits of personal training, but share the cost with a friend - and share their company during your workouts! 
  • In Home Training - We'll come to you!
  • Small Group Training - Take your training and fitness to a new level!  Try 1 class for FREE to see what it is all about.

Upcoming Events

Swim Lessons begin again January 9th.  Orientation for all NEW participants is Saturday, January 6th 2018 at 9am.
